Calor will require Wayleaves and Easements to ensure access is available at all times to the gas distribution main and service pipework in order to carry out gas leakage surveys and routine maintenance work.

New Homeowners

The developer will be charged for the gas used at individual properties until Calor is notified that the home is occupied.
