Paperwork
In order for Calor to process your installation, the following items are required:
- A copy of the quotation
- A signed order/acceptance and disclosures
- Site drawings, either:
- A detailed site layout plan 1:200 and site location plan 1:2500 in CAD or DXF format,
or - Hard copies of the detailed site layout plan 1:200 (x10) and hard copies of the site location plan 1:2500 (x10)

- A signed Land Agreement form
- A copy of the planning permission/application for the storage compound
- Where the total LPG storage is over 25 tonnes, there are additional planning and notification requirements (your local Calor area sales specialist will provide assistance where applicable)
All the signed documentation referred to above must be given to your local Calor area sales specialist, who will ensure that your installation request is processed smoothly. Work on the installation can only proceed once the signed paperwork is collected and the necessary planning and notification requirements are met. Where you are unable to provide the required site drawings, Calor is usually able to assist - please advise your local Calor area sales specialist. |
